SV Infra Projects is a team-based organisation and evidence drawn from our experience over almost three decades suggests that a team-based structure nurtures motivation, professionalism, pride and an extraordinary spirit.
A strong team culture also encourages and nurtures a commitment to the safety and well-being of colleagues on the job that, in turn, evolves into an intrinsic component of what we do.
Experience has also shown us that nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and always keeping safe work practices and ‘zero harm at work’ messages at the forefront of employees’ minds provides a safe working environment.
